NEW! Knife Defence Certification Course!!!
Stephen Zajac will be offering a special knife defence workshop in North Bay near the end of May. Everyone who has taken one of Stephen's Black Belt classes will attest to his high level of expertise and his weird sense of humor.
The details as to the location and exact dates are still being hammered out but the target date is near the end of May and will begin Friday night and conclude late Saturday afternoon. The price will be $50 which will include a workbook and a certificate at the end of the course. The 2 day course is extensive covering aspects such as legal implications, breathing, common attack angles and simple effective defences. This is not a classroom session but a working class and everyone will be good and tired but well trained at the end of the session.

Web Designer Needed
As this site continues to evolve and grow the need for more hands and brains is becoming more critical. We are looking for someone who is interested in helping out and possibly becoming the web master for the BBI site. Ideally this person will have some knowledge of CSS, PHP, and MySQL, however if you have some experience in web design or graphics design, we can sure use your help.
